[How to make]

クッキー 60g
バター 25g
クリームチーズ 200g
プリン 320g
ゼラチン 4g
水 30ml
【作り方】
1.クッキー60gを砕いて溶かしバター25gを入れ良く混ぜ底抜けケーキ容器12cm型にクッキーを敷き詰めます
2.耐熱容器にクリームチーズ200gグラニュー糖20gを入れレンジ600w50秒加熱し良く混ぜる
3.ぷっちんプリンビックを2個（320g）別容器に入れカラメル部分は取っておく。
4.プリンの方を良く混ぜクリームチーズと合わせて更に良く混ぜる
5.ゼラチン4gと水30mlを別容器に入れレンジ600w20秒加熱しチーズプリン液に加え素早く良く混ぜる
6.ケーキ容器にチーズプリン液を加え冷蔵庫で一晩冷やし、取って置いたカラメルを良く混ぜ上からかけて完成です
